Well, it has now been 2 months since the World Race ended and I am so sorry for not posting anything for the last couple of months! It still feels weird to be back home (well to have a home longer than a month J ) and I am honestly still adjusting to it all. It is hard to be here when my mind constantly drifts off to this past year or when something or someone reminds me of the World Race. I want to thank you all for all of your support and ecnouargement this past year- you have no idea how much it means to me! This trip, this adventure, this journey- changed me more than you can know. It has set up the pace for the rest of my life and I will NEVER be the same again. I experienced God in ways I never knew were possible. I have never felt closer to God than I have this past year. I have never had to get out of my comfort zone and do things I thought I would never have to do (like preach J) this past year. I made incredible relationships with my brothers and sisters and never experienced community like I had this past year. So Thank You! And I know what I will be doing next so stay tuned in and expect another blog to appear in the next couple of days (I am so excited for this next step and season!!!!)
