It has been 1 week since I have landed back in America. Things have been hard. Reentry is not a first for me. I was home for 6 months in between my year in South Korea and then heading out on the race. However, the transitions have been completely different.
Besides readjusting to American culture I have been trying to figure out a way to be an adult and pay the bills. For some reason they don’t pay themselves. Haha. I have a job that I will be starting soon working from home. However, I don’t have a car, so I am limited in where I can work and trying to get around town. I will need to add another job and I have also found a car. But I have nothing to offer as a down-payment. Not working for a year doesn’t help. So this is where you come in. I am looking to raise anywhere from $1,500-$3,000. This will allow me to have a nice down payment and cover tax, title, tags, car insurance, and gas for a few months until I get back on my feet.
