I’ve posted my first vlog for the World Race. Here are the things I don’t like about it:
1. My eyeliner is uneven.
2. My hair is a mess.
3. My skin tone is uneven.
4. My lips are dry.
5. Inconsistent lighting.
6. My straight eyelashes.
7. My voice.
8. The tone of my voice.
9. My personality in general.
I didn’t want to post this vlog. I wanted to re-do it. But I knew I’d never be satisfied. And I’d end up never posting it. This is a habit of mine. I like to start things, but I don’t like to finish, because I don’t want to complete something that’s not going to be perfect. But,

And so I’ve posted it, instead of letting the reach for perfection paralyze me. At least I didn’t allow the fear of my flaws prevent me from doing the thing.
