Happy Fall to you! Jamos and I have been in Georgia for almost 2 full months! It is amazing to think that the time has gone this fast. The colors are changing in the trees and the temperatures are indicating fall is here in Northern Georgia!

The first month that we lived here, we were staying with a woman (now friend) who has a basement she uses for hospitality purposes! It was awesome! We had everything we needed after unpacking our car from Michigan, which only had clothes and our blender (Jamos loves smoothies!).

On October 1, we moved into our little rental home. After living in apartments for 10 years, I realized I was NOT wanting to live in an apartment again! We were ready for a home, but not home ownership!

We were blessed enough to hear about a rental home that would cost us the same as an apartment.  1) it was a home and 2) it was on the lake and in the woods! A former Adventures employee had lived there previously and he was moving to Thailand, so the home would be opening up. We met with the landlords and the little home is ours for at least a year!

I have to admit, we had a rocky start with a bit of a bug problem and some mice, but the exterminator came and we are sealing up the cracks and holes (I guess this is just giving us a taste of home ownership). And, now that I don't have to worry about furry friends, I can enjoy the peace that comes with living here.

The landlords also leave their jet ski's and paddle board for us to use as well!

**And now, I have to brag on Jamos**

I can do that since I am his wife.

This last week, we had over 210 future World Racers attend training camp. They will be leaving for the World Race in January! Jamos was a lead trainer for the week with second generation “O” squad and as his wife, it was so fun to get updates from random friends with pictures like this:

So, all of that to say, we are really enjoying our time here in GA. God is providing in CRAZY ways. We are still fundraising for our monthly salaries, but it is awesome to see how God just provides for his children. SLOWLY, I am learning that when we follow the heart of our great God, he not only provides, but let's our hearts be GLAD.
