This week I committed a lot of my time in training for the World Race! I have MOST of my gear so I was able to complete a sad attempt at packing and spent three days training physically by hiking three miles with three different packs each day! 

The fitness requirements for Training Camp which is ONE week away, is to hike a 3 miles hike with your pack under 50 minutes. The first day I took basically my purse for the hike, which is what I will use if my team is out for a few hours. The second day I took my daypack which will be used on the world race for day trips and carryon and gone-all-day type of adventures. The final day I took my big backpacking backpack, stuffed with my best attempt at real packing and tried my best to acconplish the physical standards. Proud to say that I conquered it all three days! Training Camp I am coming for you!
