world race:
11 countries. 11 months.
Six years in the making, I’m finally a college graduate with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. So, what’s next? In September, I will be following a dream of mine. I will serve as a missionary through an organization, Adventures in Missions, in their World Race program.
What is the World Race? The World Race is an 11-month Christian mission trip to 11 different countries throughout the world. On the World Race, I’ll serve with a team of 60 people, ages 21 to 35, in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children who are trapped in prostitution and human trafficking.
Where will I travel?
- Zimbabwe/Botswana
- South Africa
- Swaziland
- India
- Philippines
- China
- Ukraine
- Moldova
- Honduras
- Nicaragua
- Costa Rica/Panama
I am so grateful for the opportunity God has given me and have every confidence that He will provide for my needs!
How can you help? First off, please pray for my team and myself! Secondly, I could use some help financially. I must raise $15,500 in order to go. This will cover all of my expenses while I'm in the field. I've already been able to save a significant amount on my own (living with my parents – It's been fun :- – haha!) My goal is $19,500 for all of my expenses while I'm gone. So I'm almost there!
Financial support can be given as a one-time gift or as a monthly donation up to February 2013, where you choose the amount and beginning and end date. $10, $15, $20, $25, $100 – Whatever you can do HELPS a ton and goes towards my goal!
How can you donate by mail? Checks can be made payable to Adventures is Missions and returned to:
