The World Race Kind of fell into my lap a little over a year ago. After sharing at a bible study that I loved missions, I was told about this amazing opportunity. I looked into it for a while and then backed away from it thinking, the price of this is insane and I would need to save for 2 years to afford this.
I went on to continue pursuing my career as a hairstylist. I had a great plan of having my own business. Well, lets just say, it crashed right in front of me leaving me questioning what the God was doing. I searched for the next steps for my life. It was my Mom that suggested I do something about my love of missions and this led me back to the world race. After almost two weeks of prayer from friends and family, I had such a peace to move forward.
I applied and was accepted! and so it begins……….
I’m beyond excited for all that God will do in and through me and my team to bring the love of Jesus to the World! I’ve wanted to do missions and have had a huge heart for orphans since I was very young! I’m so grateful to the lord for this beautiful opportunity!
The World race is 11 months Long! We will spend 1 month in each country working with local churches and ministries. My team and I will be working with orphans, preaching the gospel, planting churches and ministering to women and children who are trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking. Here are the countries we will be traveling to:

- THAILAND
- NICARAGUA
- COSTA RICA
- JAMAICA
- HAITI
- DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
