Hello all! My name is Jami and I am 24 years old. I was born and raised in Loveland, in the beautiful state of Colorado. I went to the University of Northern Colorado, after graduating from high school in 2009, and received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology, with a double minor in human services and sociology. I can easily sum up my life and what is important to me in a few short words: family, the outdoors, good friends, adventure, hard work, and living a life guided by my Savior. My passion for serving The Lord and “the least of these” began last year in 2014 when my mom and I went to Haiti. Soon after, I spent a month in Kenya volunteering with an organization that impacted me in more ways than one, and strengthened my heart to continue serving. God has a specific plan for each of us, and currently mine is to go on The World Race. I couldn’t be more excited for what is to come! I hope you gain as much joy through my blog as I will receive by sharing my journey with you all! June 27th is the beginning of eleven crazy, beautiful, life-changing months spent around the world.
