Team Salt (my team) is now official. Due to some
changes in plans of some team members, I ended up being the only guy on a team
of 6. As it turns out, team Hupomone happened to have three guys and only two
girls. So after prayer and careful consideration, we made a trade: one of our
girls for one of their guys. So Brienna will sadly be leaving our team, but
Andrew Maas will be joining us (we haven’t figured out if this is a good or bad
thing yet).
Truthfully, I am grateful to have a brother on my team, and
Andrew is an awesome man of God.
Training in Matamoros has been a
great time of reuniting with friends from September, and preparing ourselves
for the first leg of the race.
