What a great experience. What great people. I am so excited to get going on this trip. Training was fantastic. I had a blast. They got me all pumped up to go, told me my team, told me where we’re going, and now I have to wait three months. It’s okay though. I’ve got lot’s of things to do like buy gear, get my affairs in order, and drink as much sweet tea as possible. One thing I didn’t get a chance to do today was 5:30 prayer, but I think resting in the Lord was in order today. Back to the grind . . . literally, at the coffee shop. Worked an 8 hour shift same day I got home. It was good to see people. Nice to be missed. I’m gonna go and do a little shopping today. My shoes stink.
