The One With The 100 Facts

My teammates and I were challenged to write 100 facts about ourselves so, without further ado, here goes nothing. I:

1. Wanted to be a doctor growing up.
2. FIrst left the country in 1997 on a mission trip to Brazil.
3. Didn't fly on an airplane until the previously mentioned mission trip.
4. Have since been on a plane many times including trips to 6 more countries.
5. Have been to 25 of the 50 American states, plus the District of Columbia and 1 Canadian province.
6. Have been to 18 of 30 current MLB stadiums plus 1 that no longer exists.
7. Have been to 5 of the 9 Minor League baseball stadums in the state of Tennessee.
8. Have been to 5 of the 12 current SEC football stadiums.
9. Have been to 3 of the 12 current SEC baseball stadiums.
10. Was at the last College World Series game that was played Rosenblatt Stadium.
11. Had never been to an NHL game until last year.
12. Had never been to an NFL game until 2 years ago.
13. Have kissed the Blarney Stone.
14. Have never lived in Baton Rouge a day in my life, even though I claim it as my home.
15. Have lived in Tennessee for 29 of my 30 years.
16. Actually do enjoy sunsets and long walks on the beach.
17. Keep my food separate when I eat.
18. Count my ice cubes when I put them in cups.
19. Really like the color blue.
20. Got saved at the age of 19.
21. Have seen every episode of 'Friends' and '24'.
22. Have read all of the 'Chronicles of Narnia'. (My favorite is 'Voyage of the Dawn Treader')
23. Have seen all 6 'Star Wars' movies. (My favorite is 'The Empire Strikes Back')
24. Will take a Mac over a PC any day.
25. Am Batman.
26. Know how to play 4 musical instruments. (Disclaimer: This doesn't mean that I can still do it.)
27. Was in band for 8 years.
28. Was a third generation Boy Scout and am a second generation Eagle Scout.
29. Finished all of the requirements to be an Eagle Scout just a month or so before my 18th birthday.
30. Took 3 attempts at summer camp to earn Astronomy merit badge.
31. Never planned to work in special education full time.
32. Never planned to work in ministry full time.
33. Was in charge of all of the technological stuff as part of a traveling weekend ministry team in college.
34. Didn't get a cell phone until I got a car.
35. Didn't get a car until I was a senior in high school.
36. Have had 3 cars since then, including my current one, which is completely paid for.
37. Tried out for my high school's baseball team my freshman year but didn't make it.
38. Also tried out for the basketball team, but didn't make it either.
39. Coached basketball for 2 years.
40. Hated going to church as a kid.
41. Hate missing church as an adult.
42. Have never broken a bone.
43. Take medicine for hypothyrodism.
44. Am descended from a Hugonaut preacher.
45. Also have some Scottish blood.
46. Am the oldest child in my immediate family and second oldest in my extended family.
47. Was born late.
48. Have been running late ever since. (No joke, I'm really bad at being on time but I'm working on it.)
49. Shared a room with my brother as a kid.
50. Am Chandler, could I be wearing anymore clothes?
51. Love ska and punk rock.
52. Can't stand secular rap or hip hop, except for Eminem.
53. Have my LMSW.
54. Want to have my LCSW.
55. Want to build, own and operate a community center in the inner city.
56. Remember exactly where I was on 9/11.
57. Watched the second plane hit the Twin Towers on TV.
58. Watched both of Twin Towers fall to the ground on TV.
59. Am right-handed but left-footed.
60. Love the Old Testament.
61. Hate winter but love the snow.
62. Love summer but hate the heat.
63. Am better at Wii bowling than real bowling.
64. Am better at NCAA Football '11 than real football.
65. Had a great grandfather live to be over 100 years old.
66. Am a registered Republican even though I consider myself more of an Independent.
67. Am pro-life.
68. Might be the most conservative social worker ever.
69. Love fantasy baseball.
70. Love real baseball.
71. Am not good at either one of them, I'm scared of the ball.
72. Prefer college sports to the professional game.
73. Have had my wisdom teeth removed.
74. Once sent my brother to the emergency room by pushing him into our swingset.
75. Am federal agent Jack Bauer and this is the longest day of my life.
76. Have more baseball caps than I know what to do with.
77. Wear contacts.
78. Wear glasses when I want to be lazy.
79. Am in the same fraternity as my uncle. Ruh! Rah! Rega!
80. Try to live by Philipians 3:10, it's my life verse.
81. Can name all 50 states and their capitals.
82. Won my school's Geography Bee in 5th grade.
83. Never participated in a Spelling Bee though.
84. Went to a high school had over 2,000 students and it was considered one of the largest in the city.
85. Went to university that also had over 2,000 students but it was considered small.
86. Graduated from both with about 400 people at each place.
87. Managed to cram 6 years of higher education in to 8.
88. Didn't make an 'F' until my freshman year of college. It's the only one I ever made.
89. Almost flunked out in the process.
90. Miss the Ebersold Ghetto.
91. Miss Friday chapels.
92. With my roommate's help, took all of our neighbors' stuff out of thier living room and set it up outside.
93. Like cats and dogs equally.
94. Once lived in a house with lime green carpet.
95. Have the best God ever.
96. Have the best family ever.
97. Have the best friends ever.
98. Am Bond, James Bond. (No seriously, Bond is my middle name)
99. Am amazed at what God has done in my life and can't wait to take this next step on the World Race!
100. Found it really difficult to come up with 100 things about myself.
