Did you know that according to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) that an estimated 75,000 to 100,000 children in the Philippines are involved in prostitution rings?
Did you know that roughly 80% of human trafficking victims in the Philippines are females below the age of 18 years old?
I met a woman who told me that she had been trafficked to Thailand and was forced to have sex with as many as 120 clients a week in a trailer park. She was held hostage through threats and physical abuse and forced to have abortions.
