As previously mentioned, I have received emails from so many people that I do not know but have connected in some way to what I have written so far. So in the spirit of getting to know me a little better…
Disclaimer: The following information is irrelevant to who I am, as stated in my “ABOUT ME ” section, because the most important thing about me is that I am a child of God and He is my numero uno. However, I thought this would be fun…and I couldn’t help myself!
So what is your guess?! Remember there are 5 “not so true” truths in there! =)
1) I did not own a cell phone until 2006.
2) I graduated early from college without even knowing it.
3) My favorite movie of all-time is Brown Sugar.
4) I have an aggressive fish named Evil Pumpkin.
5) I won a bike from the county fair.
6) I played the evil sorcerer Jafar in ‘Aladdin’ during summer theater.
7) I was hit by a UPS truck on my Razor scooter during college.
8) I was able to save 10% by switching to Geico.
9) I have never been to Disneyland or Disney World.
10) I won a ping-pong (or table tennis) tournament in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
11) I was a barista at Starbucks.
12) I have been robbed at gunpoint 10 times.
13) My apartment caught fire and burned to the ground, but I was able to save my bike from the burning flames.
14) Guilty pleasure: I watch “Say Yes to the Dress”
15) I have run two marathons.
17) I was interviewed by Cleveland Channel 8 News about my experience in band camp.
19) I graduated valedictorian of my high school.
20) I can eat a pound of licorice in one sitting.
21) I once rode the greyhound from Columbus, OH to Miami, FL (via Washington D.C.).
22) I knocked out my two front teeth by riding my bike into an empty swimming pool, falling 12 feet to the bottom.
23) I was a United States Congressional Page.
24) As of today, I have visited every city listed as “the 50 largest cities in the USA.”
25) I am going on the World Race in April! (God-willing!!)
There it is…20 truths and 5 “not so true” truths.
