Eight months…I've been off the race for eight months!!!!!
It's crazy to think but I have not been on team Rogue for eight months. I have not been on A Squad for eight months.
Hard to believe but it's true.
The past eight months have flown by. First off, being at home was exactly what I needed post race. I got to experience my family in a completely new way. Getting to know my sisters in a new way. When I went to college they were 8 and 6 and now they are 14 and 12 talk about being completely different people now. I mean now they are young women, not my baby sisters, they are just my sisters now. My time at home was perfect, all 6 months.
Which brings us to where I am right now, in Korea. That's right after being home for 6 months, God has called me to a new journey. I am currently teaching English in Gumi South Korea. CRAZY! It's so good though. I've had so many of the most awkward cultural experiences of my life, even more than the race here in the past two months. Like a taxi driver trying to scratch the hair off of my arm with his nails cause I was different than him. Plus I've had the great joy of learning how to use a rice cooker…who knew there was anything other than instant rice. But whats clear is that no matter where I am physically, God will always be with me spiritually and continue to lead me throughout my life.
I want to thank all of you for joining me on my journey around the world and for all the prayer and support that you gave. If you want to join me on this next journey check out my new blog at:

God Bless! Thanks so much for following me around for the past two years I'm so excited for you to join as there are still many years left to come on this journey.
