Something that is interesting about Moldova is that it has the highest international trafficking rate in the world. It’s hard to believe that a country the size of Maryland can be so high on the list. It is shocking but because there are so many statistics that we hear daily about different countries its easy to get numb. One of the girls on my team, Brittany Grey, felt that God was leading her to take a Jericho walk around to break down the walls of human trafficking. So the last day of the walk we all got together and took a walk towards freedom for these woman. On the first lap, while we were praying I was filled with the thought THIS JUST GOT REAL. We are taking steps that make a difference. Our prayer matters. There is no challenge to great for God. We took 44,100 steps towards freedom for these woman and children in slavery and each step was a step in faith that God would set the captives free.
