If you have one has ever seen a hurricane you know that they are powerful, at times scary, but most importantly they are healing. A hurricane has this amazing ability to go into a city and rip away all the death that is there, ripping away the trees that are no longer producing life. This is exactly what training camp was for me. TC was a hurricane that came through my life and went through and ripped out death areas in life so that life could grow in its place. God was able to rip out areas that I was afraid to give over to Him and supply me with complete freedom in every aspect of my life. But most importantly God has ripped away my identity of tasks and achievements but instead has replaced my identity with the FACT that I am a son of God and has provided me total life through this realization. So did I survive an actual hurricane, no, but I found life in the hurricane where God ripped out the death in my life and I had to run into his arms for protection.
