There have been so many things happening all around me that I'm just too over whelmed as to what I want to blog first.
So I guess I shall make arrow points.
> Living in Ecuador is basically like living in a cloud. Have I ever lived in a cloud you ask? Well no, but I have a feeling and it's strong. For the first few days….you can't catch your breath and you need to drink water like no tomorrow. Your a sponge so soak it up.
>Toilet paper is unacceptable and not permitted. ……….it's the World Raaaaaace.
>When planting a garden always be watchful for Ecuadorian men changing their whole attire in the background.
Or in my case, front-ground.
>If a little kid ask you to help them put a puzzle together always say YES. Most fun ever.
>If a little kid ask you to help them with their English homework always say…..suuuuuuure. And then proceed to
get nothing accomplished.
>Always accept free fruit and chocolate from here. Unless it looks oober sketch and unsafe. Use your judgement.
>Don't allow teammates to use you as a human shield, a shade tree, or a barrier to block the wind. Unless you
feel appreciated.
>When your bus arrives and there is absolutely no room for you to fit, your wrong. Just be wary of your pockets.
>Don't look most of the dogs here in the eye. Trust the ground.
>If you pray for popcorn you are most likely going to get it. Why? Well because the Lord loves you and wants His
children to be happy. Duh 😛
^ Those are just a few things that may or may not have happened. Either way….I feel at home. This is where I want to be and this is where I need to be.
"Alabama, Arkansas
I do love my ma and pa
Not that way that I do love you
Holy moley, me oh my
You're the apple of my eye
Girl, I've never loved one like you
Man, oh man, you're my best friend
I scream it to the nothingness
There ain't nothing that I need
Well, hot and heavy, pumpkin pie
Chocolate candy,
Ain't nothing please me more than you
Ah, home, let me go home
Home is wherever I'm with you
Ah, home, let me go home
Home is wherever I'm with you
La, la, la, la, take me home
Mommy, I'm coming home
I'll follow you into the park
Through the jungle, through the dark
Girl, I never loved one like you
Moats and boats and waterfalls
Alleyways and pay phone calls
I've been everywhere with you
That's true, laugh until we think we'll die
Barefoot on a summer night
Never could be sweeter than with you
And in the streets you run a-free
Like it's only you and me
Geez, you're something to see
Ah, home, let me go home
Home is wherever I'm with you
Ah, home, let me go home
Home is wherever I'm with you"
