Four months have flown by, my old team, Resurgent, is no more and I am now being introduced to my new team heading into Nepal.

So without further a do, let me introduce you to team Olive Garden! Or Olive Tree but OG sounds better!

Dr. John “Fine Wine” Sanchez

John has been raised as a new team leader and I can not think of a better guy to lead our team for the next 5 months! He leads with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. He is always reading the word and encouraging us in our walk with the Lord. He loves Veggie-tails and knows all the songs by heart which can be quite annoying sometimes but it always makes us laugh. I am so blessed to be on the same team with this brother for the entire race!

Dr Caleb “Ranch” Dawson

Caleb is filled with the joy of the lord and it always comes out through worship! I have never seen anyone dance and sing with an enthusiasm like David had in the bible as I have seen in him! He encourages us to think outside the box of what we usually picture as “worship” and try enjoying God’s presence in new ways!

Dr Joseph “Crouton” Cronin

Joseph is the old geezer of the group at 30 years old. However he is still spry, filled with the Holy Spirit and loves to seek out the truths that God speaks over us in His Word. He is bold and loves to share his faith with others without fear of what they might think or fear of persecution. He is always encouraging us to step out of our comfort zones and to press into our relationships with the guys on our team!

Dr Will “Chicken Parm” Schneider

William Wallace, also know as Will, is a lot like the Scottish legend however he leads with prayer, peace and patients. He approaches ministry through building relationships with others by doing everyday life with them. He loves to fish so there is no distinction between the way he dresses for church or if he were headed to the river to catch some browns. I guess you could say he is always ready to fish whether it be for men or for trout!

Dr Colby “Cheese” Waynburg

Colby is another guy from my old team that I get to spend the entire year with! Colby leads with his heart and you can really see him light up when we have the opportunity to play or work with kids! It is a rare occasion to find him without his camera or taking pictures but that is one of the many ways he blesses our team. He is always willing to capture beautiful moments in our ministry even when he is not in the picture as well as blessing us with epic profile pics!

As with any new team there is a growing period for everyone to get to know each other. We are working on our team unity and seeing as how God has a sense of humor, He has already been giving us opportunities to grow closer together! Seeing what we can do for the kingdom when we work together as the body of christ brings me so much excitement to see how God uses us these next five months!
