We left California and visited beautiful nationals parks along the way. We didn’t have time to explore to much at the places but, good to see. We saw Grand Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Canyon Lands, Arches and Black Canyon of the Gunnison! We were working with the Dream Center. The Dream Center started in LA, California. We got to know the back round and story behind the Dream center. We stayed at a hotel in Denver that was a surprise because we didn’t know we were going to be staying in one. We also partnered with the other World Race America team that joined coming off the field overseas. The first day we got there  we meet Jorge at the Red Rocks Amphitheater. He gave us the run down of the week and what we were going to be doing. The Dream center is a place that helps the community and is faith based. Jorge talked about what gives purpose and meaning in life. We also got to run up the steps (tradition at Red Rocks). We met the people that work at the Dream Center. Incredible guys with incredible stories. They have had rough upbringings but, God meet them in those places. It truly doesn’t matter what you’ve done, God just wants you to come home. We worked with food delivery, kids, food pantry, big food delivery at the Pepsi Center. The Dream Center is used and well known in Denver. They makes it simple, to go love the community. In Denver I wrote some apology letters to people from my past. God was taking me into past wounds and healing them. One of the pastors at the Dream Center said “God can take a heart of fear, guilt, and shame and turn it into a heart of Love.” He was a big prison man, and God just softened him right up. He spoke into a part of my life and I am thankful for that man. God was teaching me lots in Denver. I listened to the whole book ‘Mere Christianity.’ I am still taking deep dives into the Word. Denver was a lot of learning for me, God was working in me. We also got to explore the city of Denver. I got to sit down with Dave a man that knows a good amount about partnership development, and what that looks like. It was good to learn from him. It was a beautiful time and experience in Denver.

God is good! All the time, even when he’s growing you. Lots of Love for Denver and the Dream Center. We headed to Texas, right outside of Austin.
