What is it going to take for me to get to the mission field? First, It’s going to take an enormous amounts of prayer from myself and others. Areas in need of prayer: the missions team, the people we will come in contact with, to be equipped for the ministry settings we will be in, for strength along the fundraising and missions adventure, and for funds to come in. These prayers are the most important things anyone can do. Second, It’s going to take $18,617 that will need to be raised. There are specific deadlines that I will have to meet to go on this trip. $5,000 – Due 5/15/2017(Fundraising Goal 1)
$10,000 – Due 7/21/2017 (Fundraising Goal 2)
$13,000 – Due 9/30/2017(Fundraising Goal 3)
$18,617 – Due 11/30/2017(Fundraising Goal 4)
My last deadline is in November while I’ll be on the field. It is my goal to be as close to fully funded as possible to my departure date in August of 2017! So what is it going to take financially and how can you help? In doing my math, or should I say excel doing it for me, I will need:
8 people at 100 dollars a month from November to September at a total of $1,100
10 people at 50 dollars a month from November to September at a total of $550
16 people at 25 dollars a month from November to September at a total of $275
Now just because I have shown how much it will take to fund me in monthly giving doesn’t mean one time gifts or anything like that won’t help. EVERYTHING HELPS!
