The journey started last year when I signed up for the world race. That day in October changed my life forever. It seemed like the list was a mile long with things I needed to buy. I also had to start writing support letters to raise money for the mission trip. When I first learned about the amount that is needed my first reaction was, “How am I going to come up with that money, I’ve never made that much in one year!” As I started raising money I was reminded that it was already paid for, the best part was just seeing how it would come in. Since the start of my journey I have raised over $13,000. I would like to thank you for being a part of my journey and sending me to the world to bring hope to places where hope isn’t found. I’ve been in Honduras for seven days and I couldn’t think of a better place to be. The things that I have seen are crazy and heart breaking. I still have about $2,000 left to raise to be able to finish the mission trip. I know God will provide and come through in a powerful way. I’m writing this blog to express where my heart is and that’s doing mission work. But in order to finish the work God has called me to I need to raise $2,000. If it is on your heart to give please consider donating. And also if you could pass this on to people that I don’t know, that you know who would love to donate that would be amazing.
