I am currently working at Camp Mini-Yo-We. I have gone to this camp for many years and have worked there for a few years as well. Camp has always been a special place in my heart. I love the environment, the people, and the closeness with God that I get from being around a bunch of others my age also pursuing Jesus. I am a big fan of camp ministries and planting seeds of Christ in young children’s hearts. It is a great place to make close connections with people about your age, and you get to grow closer together in your walk with Christ. I love the outdoors and there is no other place I enjoy more to be with God than in his beautiful creation. Over the past year I decided to spend from summer to summer here. It has been an amazing year of growth for me and i will never be the same. During the year my faith has grown exponentially. I have also built deep relationships with the people that i have been working with. I have learned how to be more independent and that you dont need to shower every day (or week :P). God has been doing some amazing things to me through camp and will continue to for the rest of the summer. I love camp. It is my favourite place in all the world and it has been a huge part of my life and who i have become.
