I’ve been back in the United States for almost a month now.  There is a lot of transition looming in the next several months for me.  My journey with the World Race, now entering its third year, continues to be amazing.

I most recently left with the World Race O-Squad in June of 2010.  Jenny Brown and I were their squad leaders for the first four months of their World Race experience.  Jenny Brown was originally a part of the World Race C-Squad in June 2007, just over a year before my original G-Squad in October 2008.

Jenny and I led the O-Squad through Ukraine, Romania, Ireland and Kenya.  We were a spiritual covering for these young folks who were seeking what it means to be God’s people among the nations.  We did leadership development and discipleship.  At the end of the third month we chose three squad leaders from among the O-Squad to take our place.  The O-Squad will continue their journey, with our support from the States, through next April.

I learned a lot in this latest experience.  I learned about my leadership and my identity.  I learned about developing other leaders and I learned more about how to create environments for others to experience more of God.  I caught new glimpses of my anointing and my call.

You’ll be hearing more about my upcoming plans over the next month.  The short version of those plans is that I’ll be continuing to work with the World Race in the medium term.  I’ll be working in the Training Department here Stateside.  This means continuing a support-raised missionary lifestyle as I move into life’s next big challenges.

I would love to be able to share more with you as I continue to process my experience in Leadership from the last several months.  I will commit to write two blogs in the next week.  I need to know what you would most like to hear about.  Comment at the end of this blog with your top two choices for blog topics from the list below:

1. My Revelation of God’s Romantic Heart
2. How the Depths of Pain can be the Keys to the Kingdom
3. How the Lord placed in me His Father’s Heart
 4. Honor – Calling people into their God-given Identity

I have been so overwhelmed by the support my community as I continue to follow the Lord into what he has for me.  I am honored to have you with me in this journey.
