So we’re in Jinja.  It’s cool because Kelly lived here for three months about 8 years ago, so it’s a bit of a homecoming for her.  We spent yesterday at a really cool resort and went to an awesome restaurant.  Jinja is sort of a touristy place because it is where the source of the Nile is.  It was cool to have a family vacation these two days before the rest of the squad shows up tonight.  On Monday morning we’ll all be leaving together for Nairobi where we will debrief for a week (?) before heading on to Tanzania.  When we are in Nairobi I’ll be posting some pictures from the month.
 
Last night at our resort we met a group of college students who are doing a semester at a Christian college here in Uganda.  It was fun to share with them and to talk about our experience.
 
I like what God is doing.
