When that day comes, “ says the Lord, “you will call me ‘my husband’ instead of ‘my master.’  – Hosea 2: 16

12 days after I had this dream, I had another encounter about a wedding, the good kind this time.

First I felt Him say this:

Jackie, I want you to direct all your longing, all your desires, all your love, all your anticipation, and all the tenderness you are reserving for your husband, I want you to give it to me.

Direct it all to me.

You don’t have to be a widow, when I’ve called you to be my bride.

You don’t need to be single, when I reserved the spot of being my lover by my side.  Come pour all your love, all your needs to me.

There’s none like me.

There has never been any like me before, and never will be another like me again.

I am your greatest lover.

Let me love you, let me be your great lover.

Let me woo you. See those bright pink flower under the roof as your perspective changed and you laid down just now.

Be my laid down lover. I’ll open up the skies for you.

It’s all blue sky and bright flowers ahead.

And I responded with this:

I would love to marry you Jesus. I know this commitment must come before any other one I make on this earth. Take me as your bride Jesus. Ask me to marry you Jesus. Be my groom Jesus.

After praying the above prayer, I asked for an external sign. About an hour later, there was an alter call during worship to be a committed disciple that have counted the cost. I answered the alter call then came back to my spot and as I knelt I felt a hand on my shoulder and someone unknown prayed silently for me for about 5 minutes. He then shared with me a vision he had of me, I was in a beautiful white dress flowing in the wind. I was sharing a slow dance with Jesus, under a night sky of a thousand stars.

Thank you Jesus.

So ladies and gentlemen, on Tuesday, October 29th was my wedding day to Jesus Christ, my groom, my husband, the love of my life.
