Thanksgiving in Nicaragua is almost as nonchalant as Thanksgiving at my house back in California. Last year, I shared a Thanksgiving dinner of a Chinese stir fry feast and fried crab (instead of turkey) with my family and this year, I had chicken drumstick and alien veggie soup, and oreos for dessert with my team as we shared all the things we are thankful for around the table on the farm aka La Finca.

It's been 76 days since the start of my World Race, in celebrate of this number, here are (drum roll please) 76 things/people I am truly thankful for (I'm saying a prayer for those that I've listed):
