Well, praise God, my first financial deadline of $3500 by Sept 27th has been met!
Over the last few weeks, I really doubted God was going to provide the funds necessary for this trip. I really tried to trust, having heard at least 100 stories from other Christians of funds being provided miraculously just in time. But, as any of you know who've tried to wait and trust on God's timing, it can be REALLY hard.
I checked my account this morning to see that I have over $3600 in my account, when last week there was not enough. Praise God! Thank goodness He doesn't provide according to my faith and trust but according to His will and His grace.
Romans 3:3-4
What if some did not have faith? Will their lack of faith nullify God's faithfulness? Not at all!
I want to say a deeply-felt thank you to those who have supported me financially already. Through you, God is displaying His love and faithfulness to me, and you are being used as an instrument of the Kingdom!
