This week God reminded me of a few things. I’m going to share these below but first what we did as a team did this week, was awesome…sauce!! We arrived Monday afternoon, had a yummy dinner and then rested. Tuesday through Thursday we helped with chores around the orphanage we are serving at and also helped fix up the school for the kids! They start classes on MONDAY >>> WOAH.
It‘s a privilege being able to live at the same place as the kids who live here, I’ve gotten to know a few of them. I thought not knowing Spanish would be a huge barrier but turns out it’s not and the kids still wanna hangout with me and occasionally make fun of me!! I’ve learned like five new phrases in Spanish but it’s better then nothing. The food here is great and every meal comes with a yummy juice and some coffee.
A few things God shared with me was that
-There is peace & calm in the morning.
-I am Loved.
-He has a plan for us all.
-Community is sweet & good.
