We started month 3 in Palacaguina Nicarauga. After one week of being in Palacaguina we had a sweet opportunity to come to Leon and work with a new contact for the World Race. We got to Leon March 7th. It has been great to work with our contact Pablo. We are helping in the construction of a church. The building site is just outside of Leon. The church is the first thing that Pablo is building on this site, but there is much more to come. He plans to build a hotel/house for future missionaries and pastors to stay. He also is planning on building a school on that site. Pablo sets up and runs seminary/classes for pastors in the area. Although it gets real hot during the days, it has been fun doing physical labor and being outside each day. Enjoy some photos of the work site:
We have been focusing on moving rocks and dirt into the inside of the building in order to raise the ground to the height that it will need to be for the future floor.
