I made it to Vietnam!

Well El Salvador was probably my favorite month yet for being on the World Race! We felt like we made more than connections there, but not just connections we made a new family the Iglesia Cristiana Timoteo. I will never forget you guys you have a special place in my heart. So now my team and I are in the city of Hoi Chi Ming where we came from the airport and now we are at the bus stop waiting to go to Da Nang!

This month my team and I will be teaching English to college students at this coffee/cafe/English club. Our schedule is pretty flexible during the day. Monday thru Saturday 7 o’clock to ten we have a group of the students come in, during the first hour we get to talk to the students then the next hour we lead a discussion on anything we prepare for English. There are days early in the afternoon when a couple of us volunteer to have one on one conversations with the students when they want extra time to learn about English. So every morning we are free to kind of rest or do whatever need to get done.

I’ve been praying over this month about what God wants me to do this month since we can’t do much evangelism. But I have notice some things I can do to enhance in the kingdom of God. By gaining relationships with the students with getting to know them for who they are. Even though I can’t bring up my religion or bring in up in the conversation. I can still show grace with what I am doing because they seem to get your body language and know what type of person you are by your reactions. I know this wasn’t a lot but it’s been really tough to write blogs when I don’t feel like I have much to say. But God gives me strength when I am needed. Thank you all!
