Corporate worship in the Adventures in Missions offices in Gainesville, GA looks different each week and I am so thankful to be in a community that follows the Spirit.
We had just finished an immense time of worship and I was completely overwhelmed by what the Spirit was doing in the room.
Jacinda began sharing a word and she asked to close our eyes and imagine that we were walking in a field with Jesus. Immediately after she said that my mind went here:

Such an epic scene off of the Gladiator. She eventually told us to ask what our soil in the field looked like, and when she said that God began to speak to me about the season I am entering into.
God spoke in my spirit and said, "You're in a harvest season. Your soil is dark and fertile and you are growing golden wheat."
To be honest, I didn't feel like I was in a harvest season. I felt like I was in a drought and that the golden wheat I was imagining was actually a field full of dead wheat.
As I was processing and writing down all that God was telling me, Seth Barnes got up to speak a word to everyone.
He said something to the effect of, "Your seed is the DNA of God and the soil you are planting into is pain. We take on the pain as we plant the DNA of God in places."
That is when everything made sense, the words that God was speaking to me were true. It's painful to plant your seed into new soil and the time between the growth of the seed is an important time. You're going to have to water the seed for it to set into the soil.
As the fruit of your seed bursts through the tough outer shell, it is going to be painful.
My dark and fertile soil is the Adventures in Mission's offices. Even though this place is full of Spirit-led believers, it's still a new season for me.
My blessing is on those people who trust in me, who put their confidence in me. They will be like a tree planted near a stream whose roots spread out toward the water. It has nothing to fear when the heat comes. Its leaves are always green. It has no need to be concerned in a year of drought. It does not stop bearing fruit. (Jeremiah 17:7-8 NET)
I have finally begun to see the wheat growing in my life after working here for around three weeks, after watering my seed and receiving God's anointing on my life. Day after day I have to put my confidence in the Lord and put my hope in Him. No matter what I know He has great plans in store for my life as He leads me on a journey to discover my calling and receive more of His anointing.
Kingdom Journeys is only the start of what God has in store for my life.
Be encouraged.
My generation is raising up Sons and Daughters in the Kingdom.
