Hello to all of Hope’s friends and family. As you probably read in Hope’s latest blog, she is having difficulty getting a strong enough internet connection to upload pictures. Perhaps once they go to Ecuador, this will improve. But for the meantime, she has asked me to share some pictures with you (she is able to send a file through Skype, which I can save and then upload into her world race site).
When you go onto her world race blog, you will see a section below her picture on the left that says, Browse Photos. Select that. You can then view the pictures individually or select View as Slideshow. The first ten or so pictures are from the DR, and a few others from before she left America. I will continue to upload pictures at this site through out her mission trip, so that you can enjoy them, too!
Please keep all of them in your prayers: for safety as they live in the neighborhoods and go out to do ministries, protection from illness and disease; for joy and unity and peace as they serve Him; for Hope as she continues to overcome her fear of flying; for opportunities to share their faith; and for all of them as they adjust to missionary life, being away from home and family and friends, and living out of a backpack!
