I am getting a chance this next year to be the hands and feet of God, to share with a hurting world the love of a compassionate God, a God who loves them so mightily. I often am amazed at how a God big enough to create the world and everything in existence could plead the case of a widow and be a father to the fatherless, how beautiful is that! A God who holds the stars in the sky also holds me in his hands, how beautiful is that! A God who can tell the sea to be still can also move a mountain just for me, just so others may know of his majesty, how beautiful is that!
“Rescue the week and needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked” Psalm 82:4
I will be going to 11 different countries in 2011 to share this beauty and compassion with the world. I pray you will come along with me on this journey through prayer and through my experiences that I will keep posted on this blog!
