Before I left, I was working on getting a photo montage together from my last few weeks at home, but never got a chance to finish the blog post.  I just wanted to remember the ways so many people showed their love, kindness and generosity and thank everyone for their support.  I received emails, texts, went out for coffee and meals, and was given money to buy gear, insurance, etc..  It’s touching, comforting, and very humbling to know that so many people are cheering for me and praying for me back home.  Thank you!!!

I tried to do all the “last things” including eating at all my favorite places–Stromboli at Lovers Pizza, Pei Wei, Jimmy’s food store for cannoli, and I Fratelli pizza.  We ate going away cake at work, had turkey and dressing and lots of sweets at Christmas with family, and my friends celebrated all the holidays of 2010 with me early.  It’s overwhelming how much love was packed into the weeks prior to my departure.  I don’t want to forget to say thank you.  So, even though it’s late, here’s a little photo montage of the last few weeks.  I hope you enjoy it.  There will be better videos to come and more info on New Zealand…l promise!   Until then, check out the below vimeo link for the show!

Love and peace to each of you.  Thank you for reading and staying involved in this adventure!

P.S. The flower picture was taken by my teammate Bek while we were playing around in a field of wildflowers with a tub sitting in it.
