Well I did it. I accomplished packing round 1, but it is only for a week, still working on this whole packing for a year thing. In just a couple of hours, I will be driving to training camp for a week. I am so excited and yet so nervous at the same time. I will be able to finally meet my J squad who I will spend life with for the next year. I will finally be able to try and carry my pack around. I will be able to set up my tent and actually sleep in it. They tell us not to have expectations about camp and they do not give us much information so hopefully we will be prepared for anything. It is finally starting to sink in that I will be leaving in a month and half. And I look forward to this week in hope God will prepare me mentally, physically and spiritually for the journey ahead of me. It is also exciting to say I am only 11% away from being half way funded. God is definitely working and I am so grateful to the people who have supported me. Please be in prayer for me this week as I am at training camp. Prayers for safety, prayers for God to move in my heart, prayers for my squad as work together this week and meet each other, and so much more.
