My name is Holly and I’m 23.

I live in Sterling, Illinois and I serve as a youth leader in my church. I work full time in a remanufacturing machine shop. My mom, Stacey, lives in Sterling and my dad, Gary, lives in Florida.

My heart is to help people and to help them know who they are in Christ. I know I’m called to full time ministry, and I’m called to missions. I love serving people and encouraging them, and praying for them.

I play the guitar/bass, write and sing. My Myer/Briggs was ESFJ. A few of my spiritual gifts are faith, enouragement, and prophecy.

I struggled a lot with depression and not knowing who I was growing up. I was really unsure of myself. God came into my life and started changing me one bit at a time. I have great friends and great leaders who stick with me No matter what.

I struggle with uncertainty and throughout this next year I would love to over come that.

I was reminded by God of my call to missions this summer and when I sat down to talk about it with my pastor, he recommended the World Race. I don’t know what to expect. I’m a little worried about what I’ll miss out on back home, even though I know I’m obeying God’s call.

If you could pray for my finances, I’d appreciate it.

That’s me in a nutshell.
