Let me introduce you to one of my… ok, all five of my teammates 🙂

(For those of you who still feel a little muddled to this issue, let me clarify. There are 53 people on the January 2009 H-Squad. We will be traveling from region to region together. My team consists of 5 other phenomenal people who I am extremely proud to serve alongside this next year. We will be working with other teams at times, but this will be inconsistent at best. I will spend the next 11 months with team Tikvah no matter what. The Squad will join together during our extended debrief at the end of each region.)
January 2009 “H” Squad
Team Tikvah
This is team Tikvah. Tikvah means “hope” in Hebrew. We desire to bring hope to the world through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I trust you all enjoy these people as much as I do. The pictures used below are taken from their blog sites…
The World Race

Emily Hunnicutt: (our fearless leader)
An only child from Athens, Georgia, this positive woman makes me laugh (mostly at how bad her jokes are, and not at the actual joke itself) and gets me excited about doing whatever she is excited to do. For those of you that know what this means, she is a golden retriever and an ESFJ (Myers-Briggs). Please read more about her on her blog: http://emilyhunnicutt.theworldrace.org

Jessica Bauman

Jessica Bauman:
Jessica has four brothers and finds herself as number three in birth order. She is a quiet and intelligent person with a strong sense of responsibility and care for others. She is from Kansas and graduated from a class of less than 20. Not because she went to a private school, but because that’s how many people were her age in her town. She is a golden retriever/ beaver and an IST/FJ (Myers-Briggs). Please read more about her on her blog: http://jessicabauman.theworldrace.org

The World Race

Nathan Hood:

Nathan is 6’7″. I mean, that just needs to be mentioned. He was also an art major at UNC, which just makes my heart happy. For those of you who are interested, he says his main mediums are print-making, drawing and painting. He’s from North Carolina and was known as “big smooth” in college. You can decide what you think that means… He is a golden retriever as well and an E/INFP. Please read more about him on his blog: http://nathanhood.theworldrace.org/

Chris Scott

Chris Scott:

Chris Scott just graduated from Liberty University and has been working at a camp ever since. He is generally opinionated and not afraid to share what’s on his mind. But he is also incredibly sincere and loyal. He loves to dance and kind of hates northern accents. He is a golden retriever and ESTJ. Please read more about Chris at his blog: http://chrisscott.theworldrace.org/

The World Race

Natalie Smith:

Natalie is the oldest of three and is full of sweetness. I don’t know how to emphasize that point. She is a lot of fun to be around and extremely relational. She is from Colorado and has never lived more than an hour and a half away from home (but honestly, who would leave Colorado if they lived there?). She is an Otter and an ESFJ. Please read more about her at her blog: http://nataliesmith.theworldrace.org/

…and for those of you who are curious, I am a lion and an INFP.
