I don’t really know what to say because Kay is considered to be in a totally
different gender…Kay is a Ladyboy. She was born a male, but looking at her
now you would never know it. Her hair is long and straight, her makeup is
impeccable, she looks gorgeous in her tight white mini dress, and she rocks her
high heels like she was born wearing them.

buy them or spend money on them, Kay was gracious enough to talk to us for
free. She explained that unlike some ladyboys whose families push them into
this third gender for money, she decided on her own at age 7 that she wanted to
be a girl. So when she was 15 years old she had surgery to complete the
transformation. Not all ladyboys have surgery done, but every one that I have
seen so far is absolutely gorgeous. I have often seen men flirting with them
and probably have no idea that they are talking to a ladyboy…
playground. They parade around the streets in front of the bars wearing skimpy
clothing and platform heels. They demand attention and every inch of them
personifies the word diva. They are
dramatic and over the top. They are not always very nice, yet God has burdened
my heart for them. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been rejected by a ladyboy because they do not want to just talk, they need to make money. But
that does not stop me. I see them for who they are; who God created them to be.
I see beyond the mask and I am overwhelmed by sadness when I think about how
they wake up every day and convince themselves that they are something
different. I want freedom for them. I want more for them. And I won’t give up until
I have talked with every one of them, even if that means facing rejection every
time.
