Ok…I know I said my next update would be in a newsletter format, but I actually wrote this one before publishing that one. That counts, right? 😉
Yesterday I got caught up in this dream: what if I could go home for a week or so? And then…suddenly it was 2 hours later and I had found all the best deals for flights to Colorado. Whoa Nessy. Hold up. Wait a minute. Let’s not get carried away.
That’s just not going to be possible, I thought.
…or is it…?
I quickly brought my family in on the what-ifs and we all started dreaming together. Dates were thrown around, and the dream got bigger.
But wait…I don’t even know if it’s possible.
I still couldn’t shake the feeling, but really there was nothing I could do about it in the moment, so I decided to just go to sleep. That’ll help, right?
Well, kinda.
I woke up to a text saying “How are you doing on money? I want to help.”
Before I even put the word out there, before I even knew if it was something that could even happen, I already had 3 people tell me they want to help with the airfare. Whaaaaat? Could this be? Alright, God, I see you, opening doors.
My God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.

He saw this plan before I could have, and He set things in motion before I even thought the plan was possible.
It’s still in the works, and there are no solid dates yet, but this girl’s gonna be “leavin on a jet plane” soon! It’s just a visit, but it’s a nice treat for the 1/2 way point.
