The Orphanage.

Learning how to dance the Acholi Tribe Dance. Village in Uganda
I was born and raised in Miami, FL. My birth family is from Haiti.
My "adopted parents" whom were my youth Pastors growing up, are one of the best things that has happen to us. My adopted family is a trail mix, it has a little of every nationality such as Haitian-American, Cuban-Puerto Rican, Mexican, Ugandan, Indian-British, Russian and Caucasian. I love them dearly.
I lived in Uganda, Africa from July 2009 – September 2012. In Uganda, I helped run an orphanage, which was an amazing life experience and priceless. I miss the people there so much.
I am very excited about the next phase of my life. I believe the World Race will help me to have a deeper relationship with God and to fully depend on Him. I am ready to see a changed world, a world that solely depends on God. Just like my adoptive parents took the time to plant the seed of Agape into our lives and show us the true meaning of Christ. I would like to do the same to others, through compassion, grace, serving and a listening ear. I really cannot wait to see what Christ has in store!!!
