This still feels so surreal! If I were to look back on a couple years of my life I would have never expected God to put me where I am today! Which is awesome because what I expected where I would be.. well lets just say God always has a better plan. 😀
So a little bit about myself..
Family: Dad (Ralph), Mom (Christena), I have 2 siblings Collin (18), and Ashley (17)
-I love soccer with a passion, I play indoor and outdoor
-I like the outdoors: camping, hiking
– I am going to be turning 21 in September when we launch!! (just old enough to get onto this trip)
– I am a personal trainer, group fitness instructor: currently teaching bootcamps and a older adults fitness class (I REALLY like my job!)
Although I love what I do as a career I know God has called me also to the nations. God has my greatest desires at heart and doing missions has been one of them, so having the privilege to be on this Race is a gift from God to me 🙂
The verses I try to live by:
“Do you not know that in a race all runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such way as to get the prize. Everyone who compete in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore, I do not run like a man running aimlessly: I do not fight like a mean beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize” – 1 Corinthians 9:24-27
