It’s okay.

V-Squad edition

It’s totally okay to not have it all together, before training camp, after training camp, during the race, or after the race. Here’s some words of encouragement from V-Squad (: We are in month 2 of the race and I still look at these words to find encouragement for myself. I love that it doesn’t matter where you are in life that God meets you there. Choosing Him continually, even on the race, can be tough, but the fruit that comes from always choosing Him blows my mind every time! So in that, I asked my squad what it’s okay to be okay with and here’s what they said:

  1. Lauren – it’s okay to cry every single day, even if you haven’t cried in months
