If I get to be a tourist I want to…

  1. Floating water markets – goods are sold in boats

  2. Rappel down cliffs under a waterfall in the Thai Jungle

  3. Zipline in Chiang Mais jungle

  4. Tiger kingdom

  5. Thai massages – usually less than $10 American dollars

  6. Fish spa – fish remove the dead skin off of your feet

  7. Phang Nga Bay – turquoise lagoons, mangroves, caves, greenery

 

Food I want to try:

  1. Pad Thai – Thai stir fry noodles

  2. Som Tam – shredded papaya tossed with fish sauce, lime, garlic, hot chilis, and sometimes dried shrimp on top

  3. Gai Tod – fried chicken

  4. Ma Laeng Tod – fried bugs drizzled with seasoning sauce (locusts, mealworms, crickets, cockroaches)

  5. Cha Yen – bubble tea made with black ceylon tea, evaporated and sweetened condensed milk

  6. Tub Tim Grob – water chestnut dessert, coated in tapioca flour and boiled, served in sweet coconut milk broth
