A lot of people ask me what my vision is for the future. They ask what my career goals, dreams and aspirations are for the next season in my life. And to be honest with you I can’t give them an exact answer. Many people my age get asked the same types of questions. And many of them give confident answers seeming to already have their whole life planned out. As for me, I’m just not there yet. I’m still figuring out what I want to eat for dinner! Haha! But seriously, I’m not sure yet what career path I want to take, college I want to go to, or even if I want to go to college at all. I’m definitely uncertain about A LOT of things. But, I am certain of one thing, I’m certain that God is holding my tomorrow. I trust that He is going to open and close doors in my life and set opportunities before me that I never even dreamed possible. I don’t have everything in life figured out and perhaps that’s okay. I will continue to work hard everyday and celebrate the season of life that I’m in right now. I pray for God not only to use me in the NEXT, but to use me in the NOW. I know that the Lord is faithful and He will prepare every place where I set my foot. I’m practicing the art of surrender and trusting God in the ocean of thee unknowns. I’m learning to seek HIS will daily. And whatever I decide to do in life, I want to give all the glory to God. Rejoicing as I watch Him beautifully design each chapter of my life and witness His timeless plan unfold before me.
