I was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia, Canada – spending much of my summers hiking and backpacking, mountain bike riding, trail-running, and lake-swimming.  During the long winters months my focus shifts to more artistic pursuits like writing and painting. I have a growing love for travel and exploration – especially in mountainous and remote regions.

I have a passion for the Presence of God and what it means to live in covenant-love with Him, for the backcountry and wild places, and seeing people become fully who they are. I have been a follower of Jesus since I was very young, and have been a part of many service-ministries over the years – like summer camp, Young Life, youth group, and worship/prayer ministry. I’ve also spent three years in Bible school – one with a traditional theological focus in Canada and the other at the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in California, U.S.A.

I am generally a quieter, more introverted person – being observant of the world around me, and spending time listening and discipling the people God has led into my life.  I feel strongly called to long-term adventure missions – potentially in Asia, Europe, and North Africa.
