I believe beyond the shadow of a doubt that God is going to supply all the money needed for me to go on the World Race. He has called me to go and minister to the least of these. Whenever God calls, He provides!
I’ve realized over the past few days that many people are unaware of my fundraising deadlines. In talking with friends and family they keep asking me how fundraising is going. I happily respond that I’m close to meeting my first deadline then they inquire about the deadlines. Others have apologized that they are unable to give right now and I explain that they have many months left to give still.
So, here are the goals/deadlines for my fundraising.
$3,500 – Due 6/28/2014 (2 weeks before Training Camp)
$7,500 – Due 8/18/2014 (2 weeks prior to your trip)
$11,000 – Due 12/1/2014 (End of 3 months on the field)
$15,500.00 + $754.35 (*Insurance) = $16,254.35 – Total Due 3/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)
The good news is that I’m only $1,000 away from my first goal at the end of June. I believe this money is coming in through the first two sets of support letters I sent out so I’m working toward my next goal with selling my t-shirts and the World Race FUNdraiser board.
