At this point, you’ve heard me rave about the Village of Hope. You’ve read a couple of stories and heard a couple of lessons but now’s the time to really see for yourself. This month, I was able to make our recap video which hopefully gives you a picture of what life has been like for my team during the month of May. We laughed a lot and stacked a lot of wood and had the privilege of getting to know 20 Estonian men a bit better. So please, take 4 minutes of your life to check this out!

Right now, my whole squad is in Moscow getting ready to fly to Hong Kong. In Hong Kong, we will spend a few days together worshipping and learning and obtaining visas to enter China. Then, my team will head to China for the month of June! As you may know, China is a closed country so in order to respect our ministry contacts, we will not be accessing the internet for the month. Our contacts have spent years building relationships and investing in people and we don’t want something silly like wifi to jeopardize that. We will be safe and in good hands, but just don’t expect to hear from me in June! Please continue to pray for my team and my squad: for spiritual, physical and emotional health and for opportunities to build relationships.

I’ll still be on the grid in Hong Kong so I may try to squeeze in one more update but if not, I’ll see you all in July!
