Alright, so it’s the norm on the World Race for things to change…a lot, and often. The first of these changes was revealed at Training Camp. Ireland is no longer our first stop. In August there is going to be a weekend retreat/ reunion of World Racers in Ireland, sounds awesome, right?!? Right, and since we don’t have the funds to fly back to Ireland we’re just changing up the countries so that we are in Ireland in August. The second change is that we are no longer going to Israel and Egypt. My understanding is that due to the political climate in these countries they don’t feel safe sending the 52 of us on my squad in there. While I think it would have been awewsome to go to Israel and Egypt, I’m also excited about the new countries we’ve added…. Guatemala and Nicaragua!!!
Alright, since I’ve probably confused everyone enough by now…
Here is the tentative list and order of the countries I’ll be going to:
June- Romania
July- Ukraine
August- Ireland
September- Kenya
October- Uganda
November- Ask the Lord- Africa
December- Thailand
January- Cambodia
February- Ask the Lord- Asia
March- Guatemala
April- Nicaragua
