Hey everyone! I can’t believe how close it is to launch in January! I’m happy to announce that I’m super close to meeting my first fundraising deadline that is September 26th! I was first accepted to the race in April and have been praying for financial provision since that month. Honestly, I have been struggling with doubt and discouragement this summer and was starting to lose trust and then BAM. All within a week, The Lord opened the floodgates with blessings. Sometimes it’s hard to trust His timing but He is always faithful. It was hard not to let my feelings overshadow the truth of God’s word through this season of waiting. I know the money for this trip is just pennies to God so I’m leaving it all in His hands.
In John 14:12 Jesus said, “He who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do”
I’m expectant of what God wants to do through my world race team next year. Please pray that we will each walk in the power and authority of what God has already promised in His word. May his everlasting love multiply and grow as we walk in faith and share Him with those along the way.
