So you want to know about me. Well let me begin by saying my heavenly father is a King so that makes me a princess! =]
My name is Heather and i’m 25. I’ve grown up in the same house for the majority of my life, minus a few months. I live in Sterling, VA. Sterling is in Loudoun County which is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation. I love it and hate it all at the same time. I spent that last 6 years of my life at Longwood University in Farmville VA. I finally graduated on Dec 12th after 6 1/2 years of school. I went to school to be a teacher and graduated in Liberal Studies in Elementary and Middle School Education with concentrations for middle school in math, science and history. I also graduated with 2 minors in History and Special Education. While in Farmville I was blessed with a wonderful church where I met some of the most amazing people. I was very involved in the youth group and miss the youth tons! I love the church i’m currently at and am so blessed to have made so many wonderful friends. I accepted Christ the summer between my Junior and Senior year of high school through Young Life. I currently lead Young Life at my old high school and have enjoyed every minute of leading again!
So i’m sure you want to know about my family. I’ve been blessed with a very loving family. Though my family may not believe what i believe I love them dearly and am glad they are supporting me in this stage of my life. I feel honored to be blessed with parents who are still married. This past May they celebrated 25 years of marriage. I also have 2 younger siblings. 
My sister, who is one of my best friends, is 20 months younger than me, and my brother who just turned 21 in September. I’m also blessed with some wonderful friends. Some who i’ve been friends with for years and recent friends who are all part of my family and i love them all dearly!

I’m blessed to have 8 crazy but wonderful cousins from them. I get to see them all, usually every year, at Sunset Beach in North Carolina. 
But last year, this year, and obviously next year while i’m traveling the world I have/will miss out! But I love them dearly! My mom has 3 siblings, an older sister, who passed away when i was younger, and a younger sister and brother. They are wonderful and crazy!! They have also blessed me with wonderful cousins!! I will miss them all while I’m gone!!

Though i don’t get to see time a lot now…i’m sure going to miss going a year without seeing them for sure!! =[
Ok now for some things I love!
-Dancing
-the beach/water
-snowboarding…though this is a new love…and the first time i tried i broke my wrist
-i LOVE to laugh…i occasionally snort when i laugh…which can sometimes make the laughter last longer
-children…i love to see a child light up a room with a smile =]
-I love football…especially professional. I’m a huge Washington Redskins fan
-I love college basketball. I’m a huge Duke Blue Devil fan
-I love to play putt putt…but i’m not very good
